They just opened a "church" here in town. Not only a church....but a celebrity center. They get rich off of insane famous people. I'm particularly pissed about this "religion" because they actually use the cross as a symbol of their faith....pretty disgusting.

Imagine Star Trek incorporated into it's own religion. Then you have Scientology.

that is part of their admittedly nonfactual mythology.
it is not a religion, its a theory and idea of psychology that is incompatible with any religion.

i saw a commercial for scientology on tv the other day

Of course they say it's non-factual to them....do you think they could actually lure people in if that's what they ADMITTED they believed? They hide a whole lot. And they're very against psychology, they have propaganda about it.

Also...if they're not a religion they better start paying taxes and stop calling their centers "churches".

I should also let you guys know that my wife was fired from her job at a scientologist dentist's office a month or so ago and was replaced with a scientologist. Just saying...

i have read their "holy books". no where in them is mentioned a literal belief in that alien business. it is a metaphor. ask any scientologist. it is a metaphor. end of story.

aliens are real.... autobots are real, deceptacons are real!... they are hiding amongst us.....

What surprises me about Scientology is that all the investigations into whether or not it should legally be considered a religion have been fruitless, so they are getting away with not having to pay taxes just because they disguise their club as a religion. You'd think the government would be more aggressive in pursuing this because they're missing out on money that is rightfully due to them...

So you're backing scientology? That's pretty unnerving. And yes they DO believe in theitans and xenu and that whole myth. That's the point of auditing their members with theitan meters!!!

auditing is for the purpose of identifying and removing engrams, which is to say, trauma earlier in the life.

im definitely not backing scientology, i really dont find it compatible with christianity. but i do know alot about it, having been into it at a point.

tahats illegal if his motive was becuase she wasnt a scientologists...she should look into it
