I was vegetarian for about a year, but I had to go back to 'normal diet' because my school has limited food choices, and I wasn't able to eat balanced nutrition. I loved it though, and hopefully I'll be able to go back to it. This is my favorite recipe EVER! They taste like brownies... AND they're good for you ~Energy Balls INGREDIENTS o 1 cup toasted whole wheat flour (not toasted works too) o 1 cup honey (not vegan, substitute maple syrup) <-haven't tried it w/ maple syrup o 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter, I suppose) o 1 cup sunflower seeds (optional) o 1 cup cocoa powder o 1 cup wheat germ METHOD Mix ingredients and roll into balls, then roll in wheat germ. |

| I've been a vegetarian for three years. I was totally vegan all through last year, but I fell off the bandwagon thanks to a bad financial situation. I definitely want to go back to the vegan diet when I can, though; I felt a lot better physically back then. |

| I'm mildly vego, I have too many iron issues to go totally vego. I don't eat seafood at all.... eat red meat only because I have too.
I'd be happy being a tree hugging veggo in future. |

| Personally, I could not ever be a vegetarian. I have no problem with vegetarians unless they make a problem. I once had an ex girlfriend who controlled pretty much everything from my food intake to the clothes on my back, and this included her trying to make me stop eating meat. The result? I lost close to twenty pounds and began feeling very sick. One of the worst mistakes of my life. To this day, and this was a few years ago, I STILL am not up to the weight I was at before. And I was only about 135 pounds to begin with! |

| Yeah thats crossing the line, You can't impose your food/lifestyle choices on someone if they don't agree. I will most likely go totally vego soon enough but won't make anyone else bow to me... so rude. |

| I am not a vegetarian, however a meal without meat at a time is no problem with me....
I like baking vegetables in pepper (union, paprika, brocoli, etc....) really nice. |

| Ive been a vegetarian for almost 2 years. Its actually been ok. I did it to support my wife who made the decision. Some other vegetarians exclude us though cuz we eat fish. So I dont know if that counts or not. |

| I was vegetarian for about a year and a half and vegan for about 6 months. But that was when Straight-edge was trendy and I went to see bands like Snapcase and Earth Crisis on a regular basis. |
