I just had a Barbär....Strange beer. Not sure if i liked it that much....There is a honey flavour in the beer....

hehe, I like them once in a while, but they're not 'awesome'.
there are better honey beers

currently drinking a budweiser. it was the only cold beer in the fridge.. my favorite beer is stella artois tho.

And my favs (La Chouffe, Rochefort 10, Tripel Karmeliet, Duvel, Gentse Tripel) are all Belgian.

I do have to give Little Creatures from Australia an award for surprisingly nice!

A Belgian beer bar just opened near my house about a month ago. My future wife and I really liked Tripel Karmeliet.

It's a very smooth beer with an above average ABV level,
it drinks easily, but isn't dangerous (like Duvel xD)

I had a Sprecher Black Bavarian last night. It was terrific!



Review:
Purchased from the Sprecher Brewery giftshop in Glendale, WI. Pours a pitch black body with a thick tan head. Aroma of toffee, chocolate and roasted peat. Medium bodied this beer is a blast of roasted malt in your mouth with a touch of smokiness. Mild carbonation gives it a silky mouthfeel. Pleasant sweetness in the finish. This is what a dark lager should be. Terrific beer. A+

I had a Hoegaarden Citroen last night. Not bad...but also not special.

I am just enjoying my Westmalle Tripel. Very nice beer. One of my favorites actually.

Just had a Gulden Draak. Very nice Beer, however very heavy (10.5 %)...

I need to track down a bottle of Gulden Draak. It looks great!
