What it means to be a Fallen being. Vide
PostSubject: What it means to be a Fallen being.    What it means to be a Fallen being. Icon_minitime1Thu Aug 05, 2010 11:17 pm

Some thoughts of mine on the subject that I came up with today-

Dying is not the End of Life, it is the Completion of Death. If we were
really "living", there would be no End to speak of. Life has no End.
Death has no real beginning. A being who is going to Die, is a being
who has never actually Lived. A being who is Tully living is a being
who has always been living. How is this possible? Simple.. the Dead are slaves to Time. The Living are not slaves to this lower dimension we call Time. They dwell in it and above it at the same "moment". The dead dwell completely in Time and thus are subject to it's dominion.

It like this.. if time were a shallow stream.. the living can walk through the stream and to the otherside. They can play in the stream and get wet with it's water.. they can leave it and dry off. The Dead, who are the Fallen.. dwell completely within the stream.. and are carried downstream in it.. we are not big enough beings to walk through it.. or too look upon it from above and play in it.

Thus, a fallen being is Fallen into lower dimensions, like Time. Time is only the fourth dimensions and we cannot escape it, that is because we are "Fallen".. Fallen from the Higher dimensions.. in which the Living dwell, whom are not bound to the lower Dimensions, as the Dead are. Modern physics has discovered there to be at least 11 dimensions.. and within thsoe 11 dimensions still more dimensions. But we are bound and in a sense "chained" to the first 4 dimensions, that is partially what it means to be Fallen beings.

If we use the term Hellish for the Dead, since Hell is used for Sheol- which means "kingdom of the dead". In this sense the Hellish being cannot dwell in Heaven.. he would be unable to walk upon it's grass or to stand beneath it's sky or to breathe in it's air.. simply because he is much much much too small for that. He is fallen from the Heights.

Basically.. I have been drawing parallels between what modern quantum physics says about Dimensions and what the ancient Hebrew tradition has to say of the Fall of Man.. which is more literal and specific than the modern Christians View of it. ( Which is vague and unassuming ).

Then combine those two notions together and see how they relate with CS Lewis' writings on Heaven and Hell... and that is how I came to these ideas. jocolor

Umm, not to be a nitpicker, but what are you saying is the Hebrew view of the fall of man, because the Christian view has historically been far more literal than the Jewish one, even from the Orthodox view.
