| The irony of Christianity is that the way the theology is set up, precludes people to accept Atheism. There is an article i posted in the Theology section about God and Hell.
He argues that the theology of Christianity creates Atheism. Atheism, according to the article, has not existed until Western Christian Theology is introduced.
The concept of Atheism according to the article is not an abstinence of belief of God, but a belief of saving themselves from God.
So my question to you is, are you rejecting God because of what Theology says about him? That he is a mean, vengeful God who wants to burn you the moment you sin? Or do you really believe you can not find God? |
