And I made it though the play today! Messed up a ton, but I'm just glad I didn't get really sick, which I tend to do when I have to get up infront of people.

I've had something cool a few day's back. As some of you know, i'm sick (for a month now) and normally i'm a person that's never alone, but now i'm having tooooo much time alone not bad at all, but sometimes you just need someone to talk with, to forget the situation and stuff. So earlier this week i was sitting on the toilet (a great place to talk with God:P) and i said this: God, can you please send someone tonight, i really need to talk, just a talk, nothing more. that was the only thing i said.

and later that day, around 9:15 PM there came some one for me and not just a friend. no it was my youth leader from a few years back. we had an amazing chat, and prayed together. it was really something i needed. and the funny thing is, that while we where praying, i remembered that i've asked for this to happen.

our God is GOOOOD

We now have everything set up for my college stuff! We were afraid that the private room that I need would cost an extra $2000 (that's over three years), but we just got an email saying that it won't. They had to make make the decision of whether I really need it or not... and thankfully they saw that I do!

His name is Dennis. age 36 and he's the drummer.

Update: turns out that the lead guitarist who auditioned last Monday was NOT a good fit afterall (Sherri, I'll call you later) so the previous guitarist is scheduled to rehearse on Sunday.

I'm really happy to be at a college where so many people truly love God. It is really great.

its been over a year coming. but i finally kicked my caffiene addiction.

I haven't attended a church in over a year now and just within the past week and a half I have felt the need to attend one. I want to fellowship with the believers in my community. I've been praying that God would direct me to one, and today I found one that I am going to try out this sunday A friend of mine attends it and the way he described it, it lined up with what I had been looking and praying for.

In the middle of the boiling pot of chaos that is my life, yesterday and today some really marvelous things happened for me, that were clearly of God, so rejoice with me!

Had my job interview today....And it went very good. I am through to the next round...Actually i was the only one to go to the next round. It's about 80% sure i will get the job.

We got a new foster care placement yesterday for a little boy that is already adoptable. Of course, we have to go through the period of time where we determine if he's a fit, and then another period (should we pursue adoption) that is the time it takes to cut through the legal red tape. Hopefully this will work out
