| I have just recently (past two months or so) started meditating and researching the powerful potential of manipulating your mind and learning your body through-and-through [even moreso than before], and I have to say the effects of focused meditation are substantially pertinent and beneficial to me at this particular time in my life (and will probably continue with me until death). I cannot wait to discover, unlock, and learn all of what I (me, the conscious self) is capable of doing with this body I have been given. Many people who are able to do super-human things with their body all attest their powers to diligent, focused meditation, and after doing so for only two months I believe I am on the right path to unlocking the full potential of my body and mind. Drugs aided me in entirely incinerating the natural thought-barriers that are inherently present in every human being and allowed me to view reality from a completely neutral, unbiased perspective, which has favorably transferred over into my regular, sober life, and I believe focused meditation is the next step in my path to mastery of the human body. Does anyone else here meditate? Yoga:
"A discipline aimed at training the consciousness for a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility that is achieved through the three paths of actions and knowledge and devotion."

| Yeah totally bro. I try to do atleast 30 mins to an hour a day. If you really want to get into the spontaneous "being here now" side of meditation try changing the location you meditate in...like ill switch between my apartment, the park, the beach, etc. Just to keep the spontanaity. I really do recommend psychatropes for boundry disallusion. psylocybin changed my life and my relationship and views towards stewardship of people and the planet. |
