I'd say on the basis of that religion being false, though I wouldn't use the term "criticize"...faith in something false isn't much of a virtue. If I have faith in something absolutely false, and you know the absolute truth about the matter, wouldn't you seek to correct me and turn me to the truth? |

| I don't believe faith is "superior," but that's mostly because I believe that what we call "reason," is a product of faith anyways. |

| Anselm used that argument with great effect, and in my mind is the best argument for God after the moral argument. Aquinas had a different take, but what did he know? :p Anselm and Aquinas rank up with my favorite philosophers though. Brilliant men. |
