Experiencing deep paranoia at the moment. Way too hard to explain, but I'll just say that these past two days have been the worst two days of my whole life by a long shot. I've had trouble convincing myself I'm not actually in hell right now, if that gives you a sign of how bad it is. Please pray for me.

Thanks to all, it really means a lot to me. I think a lot of the paranoia has gone away now, but now I'm just feeling depressed. If it continues I'll seek medical help soon.

take ginseng, its a great anti-depressant and mood stabilizer, i use it for moodswings and depression and it works way better then anti-depressants and you can take it as a need to basis instead of having to take it all the time, because it works within 30mins after you swallow it.

benifits ive noticed: anti-stress, physical and mentally, anti-depressant, levels out your mood so its not all over the place, and increases energy in a non-jittery way (not even comparable to caffeine).

if i mention the use of herbs you can bet i know what i am talking about, i havent taken OTC or prescription meds for years now and have gotten rid of "uncurable" diseases using them asthma being one of them, god has provided us with everything we need. paranoia is usually a problem having to do with adrenaline, ginseng promotes correct adrenal functions, also stay away from any sort of stimulant, especially caffeine, it will severly exacerbate it

I barely touch any medication... prefer to drink lots of water aswell as my sodas... exercise... eat well, listen to some less harsh music to balance out everything... sow into peoples lives and into the word.... etc.. used to be paranoid ALLL the time... but now its a distant memory.

I finally broke down and had a long talk with my parents about this today. They're going to be taking me off my prescription medication and making an appointment with our doctor tomorrow. Prayer is still much appreciated, I am truly thankful for everyone that has prayed for me thus far, I love you guys.

heres what i think of psych meds:

Psychologist: so tell me how things have been going.
Patient: Well ive been having ________ (insert whatever) latley and its really bothering me.
Psycologist: Well, i think the best thing to do is put you on _____ (whatever meds), it will make you to brain dead to care.


ive had alot of psycological problems in the past and have been on all sorts of crazy stuff, best thing i ever did is went OFF them. there are ways to fix things without medicine, and i mean FIX them, not make you to stupid to care.
