| I have a coffee only before I work out. A little bit of a stimulant boost.....
I've heard caffeine wreaks havoc on metabolism, so I don't do it daily.

| I function best on at least 2-4 cups of strong coffee/day during the work week. The darker, stronger, and more bitter the better. If drinking it doesn't feel like getting hit across the chest with a 2x4, it's not coffee  Unless we're talking about Boca Java.... I did about 3 cups of that before one evening for Greek class and was WIRED until about 3 in the morning!  |
