I hear ya.
Am praying.
Even when it feels like God can't hear you or as if He is too far away, seek Him with all your might. Even little prayers here and there are better than nothing.
I used to have no motivation to pray for a long time, or pray for a lot of things, so I would put prayer off totally. I still struggle with that often. It was as if I thought any amount of prayer wouldn't be good enough.
But He is there and He hears. Reach out to Him and pour out your heart to Him.
Also, I will be praying for Godly hatred and deep Godly aversion to even look at porn or lust. This tends to work.
I hear ya with the grades and all. With all that's been on my plate the last couple of years (father dying, rest of family moving out of country, relative poverty, new responsibilities and Elan and I being married and mostly on our own), my grades weren't the most stellar recently.
Just always remember to make sure things are prioritized well. Not that there's anything wrong with excelling in school though. I will be praying for a renewed motivation and striving to excel and learn, and for your goals/dreams.
"Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart." Psalm 37:4 (NASB).
This verse is very true, especially so (or only so) when our priorities and desires match up with God's, and when they don't go against honoring Him. I have seen firsthand "proof" of this in my life, even in small ways.
Read the Psalms to God, as if you are saying them to God yourself. That helps me, so it might help you too
"And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28 (NKJV)
Let us intercede for Armando and pray!
