I think it started with Dutch. I think it was partly started by Johannes Jonsson. This lady is currently on her way to http://www.swedenrock.com/ festival to start an outreach June 9-12. Her and her team will be giving away The Metal Bible to anyone interested. SwedenRock is one of Europe's Biggest Metal Festivals with over 33 000 metalheads gathered.
