I've been having a worsening of what is either pneumonia or some other Respiratory infection, Maybe n1h1.. been on an anitbiotic which has yet make any good improvements.. started prednisone.. which hasn't helped yet.. My lung is burning and super tight all the time.. haven't been able to sleep because of it either.. I've had pneumonia before but this is the most severe I think I have ever had. And these sort of conditions can kill an otherwise healthy man in his prime.

i'll pray. get some Thyme leaves (it's a spice) take a tablespoon of it and make a tea out of it, drink it 3-5 times a day and your condition will clear up. good luck.

Still hasn't improved.. using the nuebulizer to help me breathe and feeling half dead. But at least i got about 6 hours sleep finally.

it will actually help alot, and i hope he takes my advice.

I don't have any thyme leave and is hard to get around when I'm this sick. but i have something else that works great.. green tea and high does liquid vitamin C.

thymol which is the active ingredient in thyme is a powerful anti-biotic, anti-septic, and anti-viral, and it boosts immune function significantly. maybe you can get someone to get you some, i can't tell you how many terrible things i have gotten rid of with it including a staph infection my dog had, no anti-biotics whatsoever. i can also say from experience that it has cleared up the flu in less then two days and it usually takes 2-3 weeks for me. i may be confused about this last statement so i will check it later on and report back but i also think it is an expectorant as well.

I haven't had a flu in years.. cause the vitamins I take.. and also some herbs.. so they work good.


I'm feeling a little bit better tonight.. although not great yet.. so "finger's crossed".. hopefully it'll start improving. But it's tricked me more than once so far.. with feeling like it might be getting better and then full on assault again. So I'll see. Have to be optimistic.

Liquid Vitamin C is one of the best things too.. especially for lung problems. And I have some great greens supplements at the moment as well.

But when you get a lung problem this bad.. you have to go for the hard pharmaceuticals.. ain't no herbs gonna cure you. Although they can be helpful.

God gave us intellects so that we could create the miracle drugs that we create.. there is no reason to consider only herbs in their natural state beneficial treatments and all pharmaceuticals as not good.. Some people take this extreme view.

this is bull, although i will not argue about it now seeing as i will completely derail this thread.

but yes vitamin C is very good, Vitamin A is also great. if nothing else atleast take vitamin A. when you get better i will explain it to you.hopefully you dont take my statement harshly

try to keep asthmatics alive on herbal treatments and all you will have is dead asthmatics.

can you lesen the severity of the disease.. and reduce it's frequency with good nutrition? OF course.

You do realize that almost every drug that exists come form plant compounds and herb compounds right? Except for the completely synthetic ones. which are molecularity assembled.. like certain steroids and antivirals.

i was an asthmatic, a very bad one., i also used to have severe psychosis. i stopped the drugs and found other things which i will also explain later, i dont have any of those problems anymore.

no, they werent nessecary, the condition was getting worse and i decided i had to find a way to get rid of it, and i did, i'm not saying drugs aren't good for emergencies, i'm saying there is a cure for everything. like i said i don't want to ruin this thread, i will explain it later.
