No one here watches Breaking Bad? How sad. That show makes everything else on TV look like crap. South Park, The Mighty Boosh, Psych, Burn Notice, Dexter and that's all I can think of. I used to watch much more, but I've really lost interest in watching TV for the most part.

On the whole, I can't stand police/legal/medical procedural dramas or reality TV that fill Australian screens. There are other genre shows i'd like to see, but haven't recieved free-to-air broadcast in my part of Australia.

I've noticed that non-network channels are starting to outperform the big guys IE NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX. Burn Notice on USA, Eureka on SyFy. Futurama ans South Park on Comedy Central, Dirty Jobs on Discovery Channel, and of course, the best show on TV these days, Mythbusters! The only network that still has good shows in primetime is CBS. NCIS, Criminal Minds, CSI:NY, Flashpoint. Epicness

The interesting thing about cable outdoing networks now is that a huge number of them are now owned by the major networks anyway. USA and Syfy? Ever notice how they play each others shows quite often? And how the 'Lights, Camera... Homicidio' episode of Psych was also played on Telemundo? That's because they are all owned by the same company and that company is ... NBC Universal.

lol Yeah, that's wierd. I guess it's only a matter of time before NBC tries to overregulate them and the shows start to suck. Not for a while, though. I'm very pleased with Euerka so far, and Burn Notice has been excellent this season. I'm wondering how they'll handle it when Jesse finds out that Michael burned him. TENSION, MUCH!!?!?! lol
