In some very strong language yesterday the Supreme Court with Justice Andrew Kennedy speaking for the court said "it is not the Governments job to go around eradicating Crosses on public lands." The court ruled that Crosses do not establish or have primary religious significance. Kennedy stated that as in the Mojave case "Crosses serves a memorial or a symbol of sacrifice for ones service to the country, county etc.

This ruling will likely make it harder for people to bring similar case to to trial or before the court.

One small victory for the Cross! Yeah!
