A Bogner amplifier, or atleast cabinet.
Could be a Mesa Boogie head, or even an Orange, not entirely sure yet

I have an ibanez. Once I get a new guitar, to hell with it. Every single ibanez I have ever played is just so damn UNSTABLE. Usually its just the tuning, but now the neck on it is warped, so either my action is really high, or if I lower the action, I get string buzz so bad that it renders the dang thing useless. Needless, I will switch to fender and forsake ibanez for good. Gibsons are alright, but the bridge really tears my palm apart.

What?!?!?!

For me it is the opposite, Fenders always scratch my hand, but I don't ever have a problem with Gibsons.

WHaaaaaaaat? Gibsons are probably the sweetest guitars I have ever played.... I love mine so much.. maybe its how you play? I never have any issues with most types of guitars.

dude you have to shop around for the guitar, and if the neck is bent go take it to a luthier to setup, though you should do that no matter what.

As for the Gibson ordeal, it has alot to do with how your hand is built. My hands might be a decent size, but it has little or nothing to do with my fingers. It is like I have webbed hands so to speak. That is a major downfall when playing Gibby necks

I played a Les Paul... I found it too heavy... sounded fine, but didn't like the weight.

Yeah, those things are anvils, but I don't really have a problem with the weight.

Maybe I was a little harsh. I really like the tone, don't get me wrong. I should just get a new bridge. The bridge has too many sharp edges.

2 things.

I don't really have the money to pay for repairs.

I don't really care for this guitar, so even if I did have the money I wouldn't.

Honestly, I am going to just trying and minimize the high action till I get a new guitar. In the meantime, I will practice my chops on it so I can really strengthen my fingers. That way, when I do get a new guitar, playing it will be like slicing butter.

you do nt have like 35.00 to have it set up? No excuses man. And just to let you know it is bad to play on a guitar with high action, for you will still want to play hard on low action. It needs fixing

I will take it into consideration. Though when the guitar repair dude sees my guitar (really my brothers guitar), the high action on the neck will be the least of his worries. Haha!
