I had been praying for some time now what God's will in my life is, and what my future is as He wills it. Slowly in the last year, I had begun to get a real picture of what it will hold, and I have to come to realize that a major time commitment shift will have to be made in order to be ready for when it comes. As such, I had to make a very difficult decision regarding my future involved with the Blabberjesus Network (i.e. Untombed, forum, BJR). After much prayer, that decision has been reached.

I am resigning from BlabberJesus Radio as a DJ and will surrender my administrator status in the chatroom with that resignation. The latter goes into effect immediately. I have also submitted a resignation from Untombed Magazine, which will be going into effect when the upcoming issue is completed in about a week.

It's been a pleasure working with the Blabberjesus Radio staff as well as throwing a 2-3 hour extreme metal party on Saturday evenings. For those who consistently stayed in tune (every pun intended) and were fans from day one, I have all of you to thank for standing by in the worst of circumstances with the radio show. I'll always cherish the memories on the station, and it will be one of many blessings that will carry me to seminary and into ministry in the coming years. You all have my thanks.

I'm sorry to here that you will no longer be writing for Untombed or involved in Blabberjesus Radio. But, I wish you much grace as you enter into seminary. As someone who has been there, I know the commitment required, not only of time, but of energy.

May the Lord who has called you strengthen that call and embolden you more and more for His work!

Bry, I'm sorry you're having to abdicate your duties as a DJ & contributor. I know it's something you love and you wish there were 20 more hours in the day (story of all our lives). I'm happy for your decision about seminary though, and I hope and pray that God will open the necessary doors and will keep you filled with a desire for the things of his word and his kingdom.

Once you start Greek, you may be tempted to say "exactly WHY am I doing this again?" So I'll be especially prayerful once your classes are underway
