Nothing major, just getting tympanostomy tubes in my ears. I've been having constant ear infections and hearing issues for quite awhile, I went to an ear/nose/throat guy today and he figured out what was going on.

I'm somewhat nervous about the surgery, particularly getting general anesthesia for the first time in my life.

Ohhh, general anesthetic can be fun. It really does work in just a few seconds. You know how on TV they get the patient to count backwards from 10, and they only get as far as 7... it's true!

You might have a little memory loss, but it's nothing to worry about. You'll be fine.
