my stepdad is going for surgery tomorrow and one of his arteries is blocked. please pray for him and that the surgery goes well, I've been worried about him and hope everything goes ok

Thanks everyone, his operation is tomorrow, they(my Mom went too) had to travel to the Buffalo NY VA Hospital for it because the one in Syracuse(which is MUCH closer) didn't have the specialist and cardiologist for the operation, I was telling my folks that you would think that all the VA facilities would have everything they need for operations and other stuff etc.

He has a artery that is blocked 100% and they're gonna give him a catheter(spelled right?)
and put a shunt(spelled right?) that'll go in to his leg which runs up to his heart. It's a short operation that will take 45 mins-1 hour. Then he will have a day to recover and will be released to go home on Thursday.

I will have another update here tomorrow, thank you everyone and please continue to pray for him

thanks Matt, he just went in to surgery, will find out tonight after his operation, if all goes well, he will be released and coming home tomorrow

the operation was a success, only took a hour to get done and he will be coming home later today, thanks everyone for your prayers and support:)
