Got (/chose) a colour assignment, find it a bit difficult.
I think the photo's are good, but nothing special.
Filling the screen makes it easier, but I'd like to be able to see pictures with colours jumping out without filling the screen.

I'd love to hear you're opinion and please explain why

Your pictures are great! I love good colour saturation, so for my taste the photos should more look like

Colour Colours01p

Colour Colours02p

Colour Colours03p

Colour Colours04p

i.e. I think you should get used to working with Photoshop (or the like). Smile

yeah those are great pictures. I especially liked the peppers one. I love how there is one that looks "worn out" and other one that is mixed with green color...its almost like they are the "black sheep" of the bunch.

yeah, tho I'm not a fan of photoshopping at all. My avatar is only the first photoshopped picture I ever put online.
But I understand what you mean, I rather learn how to get it right from the start, so I think I'll go with my originals to the teacher and ask how to get what you just did, without photoshop in between.

thanks.

Btw I did no heavy photoshopping, just the right black-/white-balance and increased the colour saturation a little. That's it. I don't think any photographer gets his impressive photos directly out of the camera. Smile
