I do find Barker a tad funny, but he's pretty much a lightweight. He fits the stereotype of one who was raised in a bad version of religion, and then reacted against it, thereby buying too easily into wishy washy arguments. I'm sure there are more formidable opponents of the faith out there.

agreed
in my experience, atheists are usually reactionary and thus have a fair amount of bias and can lack reason. agnostics (or gnostics really) provide better arguements.
