I'm currently enrolled in an education Masters program and need prayers for next semester. Next semester is my observation semester where I need to go to a school and observe a teacher for 150 hours (50 general education and 100 special educaiton). So far I've found one teacher willing to take me in and it looks like the 50 hours are covered, but that still leaves 100 hours that I need to do at a higher grade level in special education that seems impossible to get. Ive sent paperwork and requests and made several phone calls to schools around my area but either people don't get back to you or you just don't get a return call, thus there is no special education teacher willing to take me in as an observer so far. I honestly don't see the big deal, I mean I just SIT THERE and watch.

The problem with all this is that this is the LAST semester i have to do this, because my college says that observation must be done within the first 18 credits, which is where I am. Therefore, if things don't work out, I may have to backtrack my school schedule by a semester or longer, which the thought of is just incredibly discouraging. I've gone through so much anxiety, anger and distrust towards God in the past few days I won't even get into it. It's enough to make me want to sometimes renounce Christ altogether... the whole "it's just not practical to trust God" argument.
It seems other people in my school have no problem getting placement, yet for me it's got to be a pain. I'm also sick of where I'm working and can't imagine being here any longer than need be.

Even though I question whether your prayers will actually DO anything, this is sort of a last resort, I don't know where to turn, so if you could not only pray that things work out but that I ALSO learn from this I'd appreciate it.

thanks mazzie, but it turns out I'm an idiot. For all my stupid anti-christ talk and blabber, it actually turns out that I have more than just 1 semester to complete all this observation. I just found out this info this afternoon, they give a year and a half to complete this observation (I guess cause they know schools are a pain about accepting students for placement). BUT I guess what I do need prayer for is that EVENTUALLY this course can be completed and I can put it behind me.
...I never knew I wanted this teaching thing so much as I do now that I've gone through this much stress about it. I really want my future in this to come sooner than later, and I need to be ready for it. Part of that means not jumping to conclusions and being so easily angered and frustrated.
