just read on another forum..bill from roxx productions said he will receive the cds early next week and the first preorders will start to be sent out towards the end of the week!! yipee! seems like i have been waiting forever!! lots of exciting things happening with the Ultimatum band!! keep checking back for more updates from ^your favorite lead singer and mine!! cheers

Looking forward to this! I really feel this is a great album, but the somewhat thin mix didn't give it the heavy tone it should have had. Hope for a bit more low-end in the mix!

It has a lot more bottom end. The guitar tones are still a bit brittle I'm afraid. We did not re-record anything, so the overall recording is identical, but the sound is my improved. Ysidro Garcia did a great job.

I noticed in iTunes there's 5 tracks on the Fatal Delay CD but I only see 4 songs on the tracklist confused

There is an untitled instrumental intro song on the Fatal Delay demo. We use to open our shows with that instrumental back in the early 90's.
