In the same State the site "Band Mix" can be useful. Bulletin boards. Meet people in Malls and Clubs, When you see a Musician type person out there, start a conversation. A record company can start a band with it's records files, and list of Artists. Church and school are cool. Christian participation I hope. Just Pray!
