| Please pray for Elan and I...I'm not going to give details for now, but I find myself to get very stressed out about some situations. Please pray for resources and independence, for God's providing. And for God's peace that transcends all understanding to fill us, that we trust Him fully. I trust God yet still get really stressed and often worried.

Absolutely not.... Faith is not naivety. It's trust, while being fully aware of the dangers around. Naivety and faith are NOT the same thing. I'll pray that God may increase the faith of both of you. |

| Well, we have given things over to God, IG. I just sometimes get stressed. If you knew the circumstances you'd understand I guess. We trust God and I know things will be alright, it just sucks being there in the meantime  . I have to be more patient. Thanks guys . |

Absolutely not.... Faith is not naivety. It's trust, while being fully aware of the dangers around. Naivety and faith are NOT the same thing.
Didn't say they were the same thing, just that one makes the other easier. Faith gets harder when our naivety is destroyed. It's easy to trust the Lord when things go well, and it's a real struggle when things keep falling apart around us. If we can re-establish that faith though, it is often stronger. I may not have worded my first post with absolute clarity, but I was saying that the habit of handing things over to God gets easier with age, the more we experience His love and we build up trust in Him. |
