My wife and I were watching "Pimp My Ride" (LOL) on MTV, of all places, this past Sunday morning (before church, of course!), and twice during the broadcasts we saw commercials for NeedHim.org, a website dedicated to bringing people to a saving faith in Christ. I checked it out, and while I didn't look at it extensively, I thought it was pretty interesting that MTV would even entertain such advertising on their network, given their horrible phobia of anything remotely "Christian" over the years. Granted, w/ Solid State bands spinning regularly on Headbanger's Ball and whatnot now, that may have changed, but MTV in the 80s and 90s were deathly afraid of anything "Christian" in nature because it might "offend" their audience. Anyway, my first thought was "I hope this site isn't connected to the Church of Latter-Day Saints", and it didn't appear to be at first glance when I looked at it. Has anyone else seen these neat ads & checked out the site? Thoughts?

Interesting. Cool that they show it at MTV. Surprising indeed.

I've heard of it. MBR plays some adds, but I've never been to the site.
