| Ok. real talk now. If everyone could send some samples or your current bands i'll start figuring out a good line-up. maybe i'll get you guys to vote...i don't know! Vocalists...i'll probably get most of you to do some guest spots....we'll see.
this will be fun. |

| Uhh, I listen to all those bands minus Portal (although I've heard they are great). I don't have a super good sample of my drumming, the only thing I really have is at www.myspace.com/petroglyphicomen but that's not even that good. Maybe I'll record some drums soon. |

| Well I know you're familiar with my music, but I'll just do the whole deal anyway just for the sake of being on the same page just in case. http://www.myspace.com/elanschambershttp://www.myspace.com/asgathmusichttp://www.myspace.com/oldforgottenlandshttp://www.myspace.com/dayofascensionmetalSome influences: Krohm, Satyricon, Sunn O))), Woven Hand, Lifelover, Xasthur, Catacombs, Deathspell Omega, Virus, Wongraven, Beneath the Lake, Wedard, Austere. I will be able to do vocals, ambience, drones, bodhran, and/or synth work. I don't have equipment to properly record drums right now, unless I go an hour away into my current guitarist's studio. |

| I forgot to post my hunk self playing some good ol' Toxic Holocaust, lawl. I wish I had more than just simple thrash beats, but oh well. http://vimeo.com/2648335Edit: What about possibly asking E. to lay down some nice vocal tracks? That would be incredible. |

| ok this is going to be great. It'll be like sunn0))) and boris doing Altar....lots of guest vocals and stuff!
What i'll do is record some stuff to a click or with drum machine patterns, then crushthehorns can learn the song and record the drums and send the tracks to me. I'll rerecord the guitars and bass...send the finished product to elan to add accent and atmosphere and interludes. Then I'll mix it all and we can sort out who's going to do what vocals.
I'll try to get some stuff recorded this week and send crushthehorns a highquality recording. This is going to be AWESOME. |

| And elan, if you have ideas and want to record some ambient/folky/synth-laden stuff, you can do that and send it to me to play around with. |

| That sounds like an excellent plan. I am very excited, Altar is probably in my top 5 albums of all time, Etna being one of the most intense tracks I have ever heard. Can't wait to hear what you come up with. |

| Sounds like an excellent idea. We should make some really, really long atmospheric songs. We're going to be like the unblack Twilight, hahaha. |

| We should get a band name together. How about Moon C))) ?
...I suck at humor. The 'C' is supposed to be a crescent moon, but I suck.
But really... we should do this for real, and have a band name, and perhaps do an entire album. I think it would be brilliant. |
