Jeff Ruby's is probably the best restauarant I've ever been to. Went there before Prom my junior year. Service was great, waiters were helpful (and tuxedoed), atmosphere was awesome, and the food was to die for.

For my senior Prom we went to this place called Cafe Istanbul. Pretty good quality food, affordable, and they have hookah.
