So, does anyone have a favorite Asian recipe they make?
One of my favs is Hunan Beef with Dry Fried Green Beans. The recipe is from Martin Yan. It's a great recipe. I actually use the sauce for many other recipes I use. I'll post the sauce recipe later when I'm home.

OK OK, here's the sauce that I use
1/4 cup of chicken broth 1/4 cup of Chinese rice wine or dry sherry 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon black bean sauce 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1 tablespoon sugar 1 serrano chili, seeded and minced
This is a really great sauce

It is. It's a very good sauce. You can use it with beef, chicken or pork.

It looks spicy but not extremely hot

If you leave out the serrano chile it isn't too hot. The sugar and black bean sauce help keep the heat from being too much.
