If a re-release of Burial of Corpses was pressed, would you buy a copy, if it was around $10-15AUS?

Now apart from the music being good, why would you buy it? Here are a few suggestions to get you started:

• Drums by Dave Kilgallon, current/previous member os such bands as Mortification, Scourged Flesh and Grave Forsaken
  
• Guitars and vocals by Todd Kilgallon, of Scourged Flesh
  
• Bass played by Scott Lockyer, formally of Scourged Flesh, Spithre and currently Witch Engine
  
• Produced by Dan Holmes, of Templar fame. Grave Forsaken's current producer.
  
• Artwork and layout by Jayson Sherlock
  
• Backing/Guest vocals by myself (Rowland - Iron Guardian Industries).

Originally, only 50 copies of the EP were released. Well, technically 100, but the first 50 had a mistake in the bonus track, and were never given to the public. he second 50 sold slowly, and I'm pretty sure there are still a few copies floating around in obscure local stores here :-/

As the band parted ways soon after the release, and with only one live gig, not much interest was raised. The local secular scene had trouble distinguishing them from Scourged Flesh, despite being a secular project, which the online Christian scene had trouble with them for being secular!! They lost out both ways because of that.

The whole package, music, production and artwork is too good to have been so readily pushed aside and forgotten, and that is why I'm looking into picking up those first 50 copies (cheap due to the error) and re-releasing the EP on Iron Guardian Industries.

I like them, I'd stock it.

You'd probably have to sell it through Open Graves rather than DMD though... there is a naughty word in one song!!! ..or two/3 words depending how uptight you are :p

I know the members are Christians so I'll sell it at both. DMD stocks a few cds w/swears already.

I added them on MS, liked what I heard and will definitely order one when they're in stock at the shop:)

Ok, thanks guys. I think I will go ahead and get the remaining copies from Dave, and buy the rights to the album. If the remaining copies sell, I'll be releasing it again myself.

Doesn't look like this will be happening any time soon. I've still got too many copies from the first run.
