I've starting eating these alot lately.. they seem like they woudl be gross.. but if you get the right style.. they are delicious.. and the health benefits are great.

They also one of the only known foods that provide Coq10.
Anybody else eat these?

I eat them, but like these and Oysters, I get burnt out pretty quick - cause I've eaten a LOT of them.
Ash, You prefer Beach Cliff?
You should splurge a little bit and get King Oscar. That there's some better quality little fishes.
