oh, and a small update on my music projects, i am putting together a demo for eric of eee records today, i will be sending it tomorrow, and later next week i will be sending him a demo of the new somber material, so im hoping he digs them and adds both to his roster, anyways i will post more info as soon as i know something, both of these demos will be free but they will be the last free material i make from now on unless i do a split with someone, but as i said all of my past material is and always will be free, i will have all the download links back up soon

ive been really out of it for the last week. im in the final stages of my divorce and its hitting me way harder than i thought it would. me and becky started going out in 1996. got married in 2000. and after almost 10 years or marrige we decided to call it quits. we have 3 kids together. 3. 6 and 7 are their ages. they are the only thing thats keeping me going right now. the divorce itself was my idea for the most part due to my mental problems and not wanting to put her through them anymore. for those whom dont know i have manic depression. ive delt with suicidal thoughts since i was young.. me and becky will always remain friends though. but thats whats going on right now. i have been dealing with a very heavy depression and have been withdrawling more and more from my friends and family. i know this is a bad idea but i cant really help it. ive put off all of my music creation. i am also putting tdr on hold for right now. i need to clear my head and get a grip on myself and my situation before it gets to bad and i do something stupid. im asking you to pray for me please. thanks and im sorry for bringing my problems in here

I'm glad to hear from you. I was beginning to worry that something had happened to you. Just take it easy and remember that we are always here for you, also dont forget that life does move on. When something is bothering me or I am upset about something I just tell myself "I cant do anything about it right now, so whats the point in worrying"

Worry will truly make you feel worse, so IMO the best thing to do is to distract yourself from it with music, or games. Also reading the Bible helps.

Matthew 6:25-34

“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
