OK OK, here's the sauce that I use
1/4 cup of chicken broth
1/4 cup of Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon black bean sauce
2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 serrano chili, seeded and minced
This is a really great sauce
